External fonts, Google Fonts, are used on these Internet pages. Google Fonts is a service of Google Inc. (“Google”). The integration of these Web Fonts is done by a server call, in which usually a Google server in the USA. This will transmit to the server, which of our Internet pages you have visited. 7. YouTube

Use of YouTube components with enhanced privacy mode

On our website we use components (videos) from the company YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, a company of Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

For this purpose we use the option ” – extended privacy mode – ” provided by YouTube.

When you visit a page that has embedded video, a connection to the YouTube servers is established and the content is displayed on the website by notifying your browser.

According to YouTube, in ” – extended privacy mode -” only data is transmitted to the YouTube server, in particular which of our websites you have visited when viewing the video. If you are logged in to YouTube at the same time, this information is assigned to your YouTube member account. You can prevent this by logging out of your member account before visiting our website.

8. contact / e-mail

In the course of your contact, your e-mail address will only be used for correspondence with you. All other details such as name, address etc. are voluntary. The e-mail will be stored by us until your request has been dealt with or until the expiry of any statutory retention obligations. We take care that the data is kept safe from unauthorised access by third parties.

Please note, however, that unencrypted e-mails sent via the Internet are not sufficiently protected against unauthorised access by third parties.

Contact form:

We offer contact forms on our Internet pages, which you can use to obtain information about to request our products or to contact us in general. Besides the voluntary information and your message content, we require you to provide the following information:

We need this information in order to process your request, to address you correctly and to send you an answer.

Enquiries received via the contact form on our website are usually stored in our CRM system. The CRM system is regularly checked to see whether data can be deleted. If data is no longer required in the context of a customer or prospective customer relationship or if a conflicting interest of the customer prevails, we will delete the relevant data, provided that this does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations.

The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 letter f) DSGVO. Our “interest“ within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) is communication with customers and interested parties.

9. applications

Please use only the e-mail address personalabteilung@doerrenberg.de for an e-mail with your application documents. In the course of your application, we will collect and process the following personal application data from you: Name, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail, application documents (letter of application, curriculum vitae, references, certificates, etc.).

The collection and processing of your personal application data is exclusively for the purpose of filling positions within our company. Your application data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.

Your personal application data will be deleted automatically three months after completion of the application process. This does not apply if legal regulations oppose deletion, if further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence or if you have expressly agreed to longer storage.

If we are unable to offer you a position that is currently vacant, but are of the opinion based on your profile that your application might be of interest for future job offers, we will store your personal application data for twelve months, provided that you have expressly consented to such storage and use.

10. right of information, deletion, blocking

You have the right to receive information free of charge at any time about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correct, block or delete this data.
